Fluffy Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 150g butter
  • 150g dark chocolate chips
  • 50g cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour

Method:

Preheat oven to 175 C on fan bake.
Prepare your pan (I use a 9x9 inch square pan with a height of about 2 inches)
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Mix in the sugars.
Add vanilla and eggs and mix until well combined.
Lastly add cacao powder, flour, baking powder and salt and mix really well.
Pour it into the prepared pan and place it into the oven for 25 minutes, after 25 minutes check with a skewer (it should come out clean) If it isn't done leave it in the oven until it's done.
